Nature of the Contract

Each registration purchased through the InGravel platform constitutes a direct contract between the participant and the event organizer. InGravel acts exclusively as a technological platform and intermediary for the management of registrations, payments, and related services.

The purchase of a registration or merchandising product implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the specific event rules, and any additional provisions established by the organizer.

Purchase Methods

Event registrations and merchandising purchases can only be made through the official InGravel website or through expressly authorized channels.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Once the purchase has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order details and the relevant identification number.

No Right of Withdrawal for Event Registrations

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the purchase of registrations for sporting events scheduled on a specific date or period is excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, all registrations are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or in the specific rules of the event.

Transfer of Registration and Name Change

Where permitted by the event organizer, the participant may request the transfer of the registration or a name change according to the procedures and deadlines communicated for each event.

The organizer reserves the right to:

limit the number of name changes allowed;
establish specific time windows for submitting requests;
apply any administrative fees or service charges.

Requests submitted outside the established procedures or deadlines may be rejected.

Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale

The registration is intended exclusively for the personal participation of the registered participant.

Any resale, commercialization, promotion, or transfer for speculative or profit-making purposes that has not been expressly authorized by the organizer or InGravel is prohibited.

In the event of a violation, the organizer and/or InGravel may cancel the registration without any right to a refund.

Purchase Limits

In order to ensure fairness, security, and equal access to events, InGravel and the organizers may establish maximum purchase limits per user, account, team, sports club, or payment method.

Any registrations or orders made in violation of these limits may be cancelled.

Jerseys, Technical Shirts, Merchandising and Event Materials

Some registration packages may include the delivery of a jersey, technical shirt, or other official event materials. InGravel may also sell official merchandising products through its eCommerce platform, including, by way of example, jerseys, technical shirts, apparel, accessories, and promotional items.

Unless otherwise stated:

products included with the registration will be delivered together with the race pack or according to the procedures communicated by the organizer;
merchandising products purchased separately will be delivered according to the methods and timelines indicated during the purchase process;
the customer is responsible for selecting the correct size, model, and any customization requested at the time of purchase;
once the order has been confirmed, changes to size, model, customizations, or product specifications cannot be guaranteed.

Right of Withdrawal for Merchandising Products

For merchandising products purchased separately from event registration, consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).

To validly exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and complete with labels, original packaging, and any accessories received.

InGravel reserves the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse the return if the product shows signs of use, alterations, damage, or a decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated by InGravel or required by law.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

event registrations;
products made to measure or clearly customized according to the customer’s requests;
products specifically produced for a particular event and no longer marketable once returned, where permitted by applicable law;
any other cases of exclusion provided for under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Cancellation, Postponement, or Modification of the Event

Decisions regarding the cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event are the sole responsibility of the organizer.

In the event of cancellation or substantial modification of the event, the organizer may provide, at its discretion and in compliance with applicable law:

automatic transfer of the registration to a new date;
issuance of a voucher of equivalent value;
full or partial refund;
other forms of compensation communicated to participants.

If technical materials included with the registration have already been produced or customized, they may still be delivered or shipped to the participant, even in the event of cancellation of the event.

Participant Responsibility

The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the purchase process and for keeping all documentation relating to the registration.

Access to the event may be subject to verification of the participant’s identity and compliance with the requirements established by the organizer.
