ART. 1 – SPORTING EVENT
InGRAVEL is a non-competitive cycle-touring event organized by A.S.D. BIKE RANDO in collaboration with GBC RIDE on September 12 and 13, 2026. Dedicated to the Maremma region, the event aims to promote the territory, slow mobility, social gathering, and the food and wine culture of the Maremma hinterland.
The routes will include a mix of asphalt roads, gravel roads, dirt tracks, and single tracks.
Registration for InGRAVEL includes participation in the Social Ride event.
ART. 2 – ROUTES & REGISTRATION
All routes are non-competitive cycle-touring routes. The event will take place in all weather conditions except in cases of force majeure.
The organizing club declines all responsibility for accidents involving property, people, or animals occurring before, during, or after the event, or as a consequence thereof.
The event is covered by Third-Party Liability Insurance (R.C.T.).
The Routes
Saturday, September 12:
- Short Route – Approx. 41 km, 400 m elevation gain
- Medium Route – Approx. 85 km, 800 m elevation gain
- Long Route – Approx. 100 km, 1300 m elevation gain
Sunday, September 13:
- Social Ride – Approx. 60 km, 700 m elevation gain

Registration
Participants may choose their preferred route during registration.
Regardless of the Saturday route selected, the registration fee is the same and includes participation in the Social Ride on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
Routes are marked with basic arrow signage; however, participants must rely on the official InGRAVEL map and GPX tracks available for download from the event website before the event or during race pack collection.
Event Schedule & Gathering Point – Magliano in Toscana
- September 11: Bib collection from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, briefing and aperitivo included.
- September 12: Bib collection from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
Gathering and Departure
- 7:00 AM – Gathering in Piazza Garibaldi
- 9:00 AM – Departure from Piazza Garibaldi
ART. 3 – PARTICIPATION
Participation is open to cyclists registered with ACSI, FCI, Sports Promotion Organizations recognized by CONI, and foreign federations recognized by the UCI.
The event is also open to non-registered cyclists who are at least 18 years old on the day of the event.
Non-registered participants may take part under the following conditions:
- Possession of a valid competitive cycling medical certificate.
- Submission of a copy of the medical certificate to the organization.
- Authorization through the ACSI daily membership procedure, including insurance coverage.
The organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject registrations or exclude participants who may damage the image of the event.
ART. 4 – MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF SPORTS FITNESS
All participants must upload a valid medical certificate during registration.
- Short Route and Social Ride: a non-competitive sports medical certificate is sufficient.
- Medium Route and Long Route: a competitive cycling medical certificate is mandatory.
ART. 5 – REGISTRATION FEES AND METHODS

Special promotional rates are available for large groups.
Groups of more than 10 participants should contact info@ingravel.com using the subject line: BIG TEAM – TEAM NAME.
ART. 6 – SERVICES FOR PARTICIPANTS
Registration for InGRAVEL Morellino includes the following services:
- Event handlebar plate (InGRAVEL + Social Ride)
- InGRAVEL Stamp Passport with elevation profile and checkpoints
- GPX and KML route files
- Restroom facilities near the finish area
- Camping area near the festival village
- 1 to 3 refreshment stops depending on the selected route
- Final refreshment station
- Access to the event village with music and DJ Set
- Participation in the Social Ride

InGRAVEL Passport
Participants will receive a passport card including a route map and checkpoint stamp area. The passport must be carried throughout the ride and stamped at official checkpoints before continuing.
ART. 7 – ALLOWED BICYCLES
InGRAVEL is dedicated to the gravel cycling community but welcomes both Gravel Bikes and Mountain Bikes, whether traditional or electric.
ART. 8 – COMPLIANCE WITH TRAFFIC LAWS
All participants must comply with the Italian Highway Code.
All routes remain open to normal vehicular traffic and there is no fixed course control staff at intersections.
- Approved and properly fastened helmets are mandatory.
- Front and rear lights are strongly recommended.
- A puncture repair and mechanical repair kit is mandatory.
The organization declines all responsibility for incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.
ART. 9 – REGISTRATION VALIDITY
Registration is considered valid only when:
- The registration process and payment have been successfully completed.
- The cycling membership card has been uploaded and approved.
- The medical certificate has been uploaded and approved.
The organization reserves the right to reject registrations that do not meet the required criteria.
ART. 10 – REPLACEMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND WITHDRAWALS
Registrations are personal and non-transferable.
Withdrawal
Registration fees are non-refundable and race packs will not be shipped.
In case of documented injury, the registration may be transferred to the 2027 edition upon payment of a €15 administrative fee.
Replacement
Participant substitutions may be requested by email up to 20 days before the event. The replacement participant must meet all eligibility requirements and a €15 administrative fee will apply.
ART. 11 – MECHANICAL ASSISTANCE
Mechanical assistance is available at the Start and Finish areas.
- Basic labor assistance is free of charge.
- Replacement parts are subject to additional charges.
- On-course assistance is provided without guaranteed response times.
Private support vehicles along the route are strictly prohibited.
ART. 12 – EVENT CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, registration fees will not be refunded.
The participation fee may be transferred to the following edition upon payment of a €15 administrative fee.
The organization also reserves the right to reschedule the event venue and/or date within the same calendar year without additional costs for registered participants.
ART. 13 – AMENDMENTS
The organization reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time.
The official website and official Facebook and Instagram channels are the only authorized communication channels for the event.
ART. 14 – COMPLIANCE, CONSENT AND PRIVACY
By registering for InGRAVEL Morellino, participants:
- Confirm that they have read and accepted these regulations.
- Assume responsibility for their own conduct.
- Commit to preserving the environment and keeping the routes clean.
- Declare that they are physically fit to participate.
- Authorize the processing of personal data.
- Authorize the use of photographs, videos, and images for promotional and commercial purposes.
The organization declines all responsibility for injuries or damages to persons or property and reserves the right to exclude participants displaying inappropriate behavior.
ART. 15 – PURCHASE, USE AND RETURN POLICY
Registration Options
- Single Registration – Includes event participation and basic services.
- Registration with Jersey or Shirt – Includes event participation and an official technical garment.
Purchase Conditions
Purchases can only be made through the official InGRAVEL eCommerce platform.
Jersey or Shirt Collection
No shipping service is provided. Collection takes place during race pack distribution.
Return and Refund Policy
Single registrations are governed by Article 10.
Customized jerseys or shirts cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of manufacturing defects.
In the event of event cancellation, the organization may offer:
- A voucher of equivalent value.
- A partial refund.
- Automatic transfer to the next edition.
If already produced, the technical jersey may still be delivered to participants.
